You may be in luck as the Quoddy website does allow you to order a 12.5C. I have had mixed success with Rancourt. They have a “larger than usual” 12 last that worked for me with a chromexcel pair of loafers but the cordovan pair are a bit snug.
As you know, shoe sizing involves a lot of hit and miss, the problem being most acute with loafers. FWIW, I came away from an hour spent at a Crockett and Jones shop empty handed but with the belief that one of the British sizes was a good approximation of a US 12.5. Alas, they are a bit out of my league.
